HCR provides full scale insurance procedure administration for vehicles.

Our services:

 

  • breakdown truck, when needed (in many cases it is free-of-charge)
  • full scope insurance administration and administering the related bank procedures
  • professional repair of the car, in our repair garage servicing all brands
  • a replacement car provided free-of-charge (from our modern rental car fleet)
  • (for accidents covered by a comprehensive insurance / CASCO) we offer to pay the deductible part instead of you, in full or in part

 

The documents required:

 

  • accident report form (blue & yellow)
  • if you are the responsible party, your written acknowledgement of this fact (in the comments section)
  • a copy of your driver’s license
  • a copy of the car’s registration papers
  • (a copy of) the vehicle registration card
  • if the car is leased or purchased under an instalment purchase scheme, the name of the leasing company or the bank exercising the ownership rights, and a copy of the certificate about the last duly paid monthly instalment

 

For company cars, the following additional documents will be needed, on top of the ones listed above:

 

  • declaration about the right to start using the car, and an authorisation provided for the driver
  • (a copy of the) Specimen of Signature
  • signature of the authorised signatory, plus the corporate seal affixed
