full scope insurance administration and administering the related bank procedures

(for accidents covered by a comprehensive insurance / CASCO) we offer to pay the deductible part instead of you, in full or in part

The documents required:

accident report form (blue & yellow)
if you are the responsible party, your written acknowledgement of this fact (in the comments section)
a copy of your driver’s license
a copy of the car’s registration papers
(a copy of) the vehicle registration card
if the car is leased or purchased under an instalment purchase scheme, the name of the leasing company or the bank exercising the ownership rights, and a copy of the certificate about the last duly paid monthly instalment

For company cars, the following additional documents will be needed, on top of the ones listed above:

declaration about the right to start using the car, and an authorisation provided for the driver
(a copy of the) Specimen of Signature
signature of the authorised signatory, plus the corporate seal affixed
