Smashed vehicle – insurance procedure administration
HCR provides full scale insurance procedure administration for vehicles.
(We will need the completed insurance form or a valid comprehensive car insurance (CASCO) to be presented).
If you suffered an accident, you can trust us to manage the entire insurance procedure for you, with our team of experts.
The only thing you need to do is to mandate us, and we will take care of the rest for you.
Our services:
- breakdown truck, when needed (in many cases it is free-of-charge)
- full scope insurance administration and administering the related bank procedures
- professional repair of the car, in our repair garage servicing all brands
- a replacement car provided free-of-charge (from our modern rental car fleet)
- for accidents covered by a comprehensive insurance / CASCO) we offer to pay the deductible part instead of you, in full or in part
The documents required:
- accident report form (blue & yellow)
- f you are the responsible party, your written acknowledgement of this fact (in the comments section)
- a copy of your driver’s license
- a copy of the car’s registration papers
- (a copy of) the vehicle registration card
- if the car is leased or purchased under an instalment purchase scheme, the name of the leasing company or the bank exercising the ownership rights, and a copy of the certificate about the last duly paid monthly instalment
For company cars, the following additional documents will be needed, on top of the ones listed above:
- declaration about the right to start using the car, and an authorisation provided for the driver
- (a copy of the) Specimen of Signature
- signature of the authorised signatory, plus the corporate seal affixed
